Our room was on the ground floor at the left end of these rooms ..
I should have gotten a picture when we signed in .. there were 2 little old ladies standing at the counter .. the person behind the register in the morning was a young woman .. what a disappointment!!! Funny .. you can see me in my bright pink Myrtle Beach sweatshirt in the mirror .. LOL!!!
They have a Continental Breakfast in the mornings .. I snagged a few Oatmeal Cream Pies and some Coffee to take with us on the road!!!
By 6:56 we were in Dalton, GA and seeing mountains ..
7:05 .. CRACKER BARREL .. WOW!!!
We decided to save the Oatmeal Cream Pies for later and have a good Breakfast at Cracker Barrel .. LOL!!!

I thought we were in the wrong place but when we got closer we could see an old car door in front of those double doors that had Antique Archaeology painted on it!!! Ken went across the street to get my picture .. it was a bit too far .. LOL!!!
I have a thermometer just like this one .. we had to chuckle because I paid $30.00 for mine at an Antiques Collectables store in St. Louis .. LOL!!!

My souvenir .. an Antiques Archaeology coffee mug!!! Ken has been laughing at me because I wouldn't let him buy an Antiques Archaeology sign for $30.00 or the smaller one for $20.00 but I was happy with this $15.00 coffee mug!!! I'm sure you'll hear about it if you ask him about our tour through the store .. LOL!!!

They close at 4:00 and we get there at 10 minutes til .. there were a couple of shoppers still in the place so we went on in and took a quick look through!!! They had a table and 4 chairs I liked real well but the table was way too big for the breakfast area of the kitchen and they wouldn't sell just the chairs .. we couldn't have gotten them in the car anyway .. LOL!!!

Festus, Missouri .. a quick stop at Schnuck's to restock the fridge and pantry and we're off to Sawyers Ridge and HOME!!! Happy to say after a great vacation in Myrtle Beach and an even greater time in Port St. Lucie with my son Tim, Krysti, Sydni, Summer and Oceanna we have made it home safe and sound with lots of wonderful memories .. Thank You Lord!!!
We had a fantastic time on our latest adventure .. lots of fun with Jerry & Edna and George & Vivian at Myrtle Beach and it's always wonderful to spend time with Tim, Krysti, Sydni, Summer and Oshie in Port St. Lucie to catch up with the kids' latest antics .. but after two days on the road we are sooooooo glad to be home!!!
