A WALK WITH WYATT!!

A couple of weeks ago Ken's daughter Elizabeth and her son Wyatt joined the gang at the Bread Company for Coffee and a Cookie and Juice for Wyatt.   After eating his M & M Cookie and drinking his Juice Wyatt got a bit restless as all little boys do when surrounded by a bunch of old fogeys .. the day was bright and sunny and warm and it was decided that Grandpa and Liz would meet up with the two of them at Powder Valley Conservation area for a walk.  

Wyatt loves walking here and he took right off!!

Hmmmm .. this is supposed to be a picture of 3 deer that were walking through the woods .. don't know how in the world I missed the deer!!!

Inside the Nature Center

The giant acquariums were awesome .. just ask Wyatt!!! 

Powder Valley is a beautiful place to walk .. we took the 1/2 mile trail but there are lots of other trails to enjoy.  And after your walk you can go to the Nature Center and cool off and relax .. looking at all the neat displays!!     We are planning to do this more often .. hopefully not only Elizabeth and Wyatt but Teresa, Mary, Lydia and Sidney will join us on some of these treks .. what a great way for Grandpa to spend time with the Grandkids!!
