ARIZONA ADVENTURE DAY NINE!!!

 Day Nine of this adventure was Saturday .. the first day of October!!!  We were in Tucson at last .. and had a great time with Steve, Lori, Jeremiah and Caleb last night at Pinnacle Peak Steak House in Trail Dust Town!!!!  Today we would be having lunch at the  Oktoberfest on Mt. Lemmon and dinner at the Five Palms Dinner Theater where we would see a Magician AND a murder mystery!!!

First fun of the day for the kids is hula hoops .. who can keep theirs going the longest?????

Now it's rope jumping time ..

Jeremiah did very well at this .. Lori got a video of him jumping if I can get it to copy here ..

Now its time to pop balloons .. they have to run down to the other end of the floor .. and set on their balloons and pop them ...

Somehow Caleb ended up with a blue balloon .. Jeremiah is beside him with the orange one ..

Caleb was unable to get his balloon to pop .. so Grandpa Kenny went down there to help him a little bit .. and Lori got a video .. sooooo cute .. hope this works so you can see it ..

Caleb was the last one to get his balloon popped but they gave him a prize for sticking in there until the job was done .. LOL!!!  Yaaaaayyyy Caleb!!! 

Everybody's having a good time!!!

Jeremiah won the rope jumping contest and he had a choice of a prize out of the box or a free ride on the ski lift .. of course he chose the ski lift .. and of course it cost Steve $11.00 to ride with him .. LOL!!!  Here they are just about to get in the seat ..

And here they are coming back down .. what fun!!!  You have to look very close .. LOL!!!

AH .. now you can see them .. Yaaaayyyyy!!!  Like dunces we were waving and waving from the ground .. they weren't even looking!!!!  We didn't get one single wave back!!!  Just wait til next time .. LOL!!! 

Lunch time .. Burgers .. Ribs .. whatever .. very tasty!!!

Then it's time for music .. and Polka dancing ..

Not much dancing going on .. LOL!!!! 

Time for our group to move out .. we wanted a little time to rest before going to dinner ..

3:47 PM .. Dinner at Five Palms at 6:00 if we hurry back we'll all have time for a rest before dinner!!!

Before the show Lori had Steve get on stage by the Magnificent Steve sign so we could get his picture .. LOL!!!

And the show begins ..

Did you notice the guy on the left is Steve????  He got called up on stage to help with a trick .. LOL!!!

There he is again .. ready to take his bow and get offstage I think ..

The magician gave us all magic wands .. 





 And did a coin trick for Caleb ..

 And then he brought Jeremiah a "magic" puzzle box .. if he could open the box and get to the prize in the middle of the box without breaking the box he could keep what was inside!!!

Meanwhile the murder mystery goes on ..

One of the "female" performers came over to give Ken a hug as she was parading through .. LOL!!!

We all took a try at getting Jeremiah's "magic" box open .. finally Grandpa Kenny was the hero of the day and got the top off of it .. Jeremiah's prize was a $2.00 bill .. WOW!!!!

And the show goes on ..

It seems the Magicians assistants keep showing up murdered!!!  Who done it????

Jeremiah and Caleb loved the magician .. he was so kind to come over and play some of his tricks for them!!!  Now he is letting them see the bunny that he made appear in the pan!!!! 

A coin trick for Jeremiah .. and he let him keep the prop he used and the coin .. he did the same with Caleb!!  They were the only two kids in the place .. LOL!!!

What a fun fun day and night once again in Tucson, Arizona!!!! 

This is one giant cactus .. I was wanting to get a picture of a really large Cactus .. and I found one!!!  Time to get back to the Quality Inn for a night's rest .. OH MY!!!
