Well .. I've shown you all the touristy things we did while Kathy was here .. now it's time for the hum drum everyday types of things we did!! Kathy wanted to meet our Missouri friends .. the ones from the Festus YMCA and the Senior Center .. and the Bread Company Bunch. She also wanted to go to the places where we go on a regular basis each week and do the things we do.
She got to meet the Bread Company Bunch early in her visit .. she arrived here on Wednesday and we went to the Bread Company on Friday .. but first we went to the South County Mall and she stayed right with us as we walked our 1 1/2 miles there. And then we went across the parking lot to the Bread Company ..

From the left and on around the table .. I think you know the first person on the left .. that would be ME .. then Jane, Sharon, Shirley, Nancy B., Sylvia, Bev, Nancy O., Kathy and Anne Marie. A few of the ladies aren't here .. we will get their picture next time we are here!! Notice Anne Marie's cute little purse sitting on the table .. with the black hat and sunglasses!! She also has dangly glitzy earrings that Anne Marie changes them every now and then .. LOL!!! This is a fun bunch of ladies and that purse is a great representation of every single one!!!
And these are the .. shall I say "gentlemen" of the group .. from the left and on around the table .. Paul (Jane's husband), Carl (Sylvia's husband), Don .. Yoooo Hoooo Donnnn ..( Don is Bev's loving significant other), Mel (Sharon's husband, Gary (Anne Marie's husband), Bill (Shirley's husband) and last but not least Ken .. (I'm sure you know who's husband he is .. LOL!!)
This is Rich, Pat, Laverne and Judy .. Kathy didn't meet them until her second visit to the Bread Company and of course we had to get their picture too!!!
And of course we took her to the Y .. she went to the "Oldies But Goodies" class with us and met most of our Festus friends there ..

After doing our classes at the Y Gini, Mike, Ken and I go to the Senior Center for PACE exercises and lunch. Mike leads the PACE exercises on Tuesday.

This table full of people is called the Fun Bunch .. don't know if anyone else calls us that or not but we do .. the other people at the Center probably wish we'd stop laughing so much and just BE QUIET .. LOL!!!
One evening while Kathy was here Madonna met us after work at the Cinema 8 Theater in Festus and we watched the new Melissa McCarthy movie, "Tammy"!!
"Tammy" was a pretty good movie and everybody in the theater was laughing but it wasn't as good or as funny as "Heat" or "Identity Thief"!! Maybe it's because she didn't use the F word a hundred times .. LOL!!!
So now she knows what Ken and I do in our everyday lives .. not too exciting .. but we love it .. LOL!!!
