It has been a few days since Kathy was here and we went on our various adventures with her .. and sad to say .. I have forgotten what we did on what day .. sooooooooo ... I am going to stop numbering days and trying to figure out exactly what we did on which day and just post the various things we did .. Whew .. that makes this task much much easier .. I hope!!!!
I have never seen Joyce Meyer on TV or listened to her CDs or read any of her books but Kathy has been a fan of her for years and was thrilled to discover that we could take a tour of the Joyce Meyers Ministries complex!!!
Inside the book store ..
When we walked into the book store copies of Joyce's latest book "You Can Begin Again" were laying on a table and Kathy picked one up and was carrying it around because she was planning to buy it .. the lady who runs the store came over an asked if we were taking the a tour and when we answered "yes" she took the book from Kathy's hand and said "you don't need to buy this .. they will give you one at the end of the tour"!!!! Boy were we surprised .. the price inside the book was $22.99 .. and we got it free!!!

We loved all the flags that were around the parking lot and down the road .. our tour guide told us all about them and their purpose for being there but of course I have forgotten what she told us!!!
This is a beautiful place and Kathy was thrilled to see where Joyce does a lot of her work and to actually stand in the studio where she often works!!! We were more than happy to be able to take her there!!
